Despite the reorganisation process, which will be applied during 2009, UNI’s organisation has been substantially confirmed, with only one modification to the management of the Mechanical Division of the Technical Management, due to resignation.
The organisation model laid down in Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 has been updated to include the new legal provisions that integrate crimes which were originally considered with numerous other descriptions, including computer crimes, recycling and crimes concerning protection and safety in the workplace.
The Control Body has begun audits to verify the correct updating of the model, risk process mapping with controls implemented in 5 areas, and on the training plan concerning the application of the model.
The periodical report of the Control Body was submitted to the Executive Committee and the Governing Board. |
