{"id":30883,"date":"2025-02-07T16:43:32","date_gmt":"2025-02-07T15:43:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.uni.com\/convention\/confcommercio\/"},"modified":"2026-03-06T10:16:57","modified_gmt":"2026-03-06T09:16:57","slug":"confcommercio","status":"publish","type":"convention","link":"https:\/\/www.uni.com\/en\/convention\/confcommercio\/","title":{"rendered":"CONFCOMMERCIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>UNI-CONFCOMMERCIO agreement for on-line consultation of technical standards<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-30425 size-full alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.uni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/logo-confcommercio.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"728\" height=\"183\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.uni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/logo-confcommercio.png 728w, https:\/\/www.uni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/logo-confcommercio-300x75.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 728px) 100vw, 728px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Why an agreement for the consultation of technical standards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The UNI &#8211; CONFCOMMERCIO agreement signed for the first time with UNI for the year 2025 confirms UNI&#8217;s mission &#8211; especially to SMEs &#8211; to make the dissemination of voluntary UNI technical standards more accessible and widespread, as reaffirmed by EU Regulation 1025\/2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What the Territorial Associations must do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To make it possible for its members to benefit from the agreed facilities, they must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Disseminate information about the special Agreement,<\/li>\n<li>collect requests received from its members and verify the existence of the binding conditions (valid and current membership relationship),<\/li>\n<li>transmit the validated requests to UNI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What facilities have been agreed upon<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15% discount on the purchase of individual UNI standards (paper or electronic format)<\/li>\n<li>Annual subscription for online consultation:<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; \u20ac 200.00<\/strong> + VAT Complete collection of UNI standards for companies with <strong>less than 50 employees.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; \u20ac 300.00<\/strong> + VAT Complete collection of UNI standards for companies with <strong>more than 50 employees<\/strong> and a turnover of <strong>less than \u20ac 500 million.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00a0\u20ac 140<\/strong> + 22% VAT for consultation of the UNI standards mentioned in the Technical Standards for Construction, with the possibility of purchasing at a special, <strong>flat-rate price of \u20ac 15.00,<\/strong> plus VAT as required by law, for each individual standard. The list of standards included is available on the purchase page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Companies\/bodies intending to take advantage of the facilitated conditions must <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/modulo-CONFCOMMERCIO-accessibile-2026-REV.pdf\">send this form<\/a>, filled in in its entirety, to the Territorial Association to which they belong.<br \/>\nThe Territorial Association, after verifying the existence of the binding conditions, will forward the validated request to UNI.<\/p>\n<p>UNI directly provides the company concerned with all the information necessary to register and complete the membership to purchase the standards or subscription service on-line directly from the UNI store by credit card by accepting the &#8220;General Conditions of Contract for the Service of Sale and Supply of Products&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How the consultation works<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Access &#8211; restricted to the customer and intended for internal use only &#8211; takes place via specific personal, non-transferable logins and passwords. Each combination of login and password allows only one concurrent access to the standards database.<br \/>\nAll UNI standards, implementations of EN standards as well as Italian adoptions of ISO standards (both current texts and those of withdrawn and\/or replaced editions) are available for consultation. The standards are continuously updated.<br \/>\nConsultation can take place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Internet connection.<br \/>\nThe subscription entitles you to view the full texts of the standards, not to download files or print them out.<br \/>\nThe consultation service starts on the date of activation and remains active for 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>The UNI standards in electronic format that can be consulted through the UNIstore subscription services are protected by a Digital Rights Management (DRM) system.
