I focus on how UNI operates and what it is called upon to do – continuously improving – to foster the organisation’s growth.
Working closely with the Head of the line, I coordinate the staff units which – as part of a process-based approach – cover people development as well as those of internal services: finance and strategic planning; workplace management; health and safety; publishing and graphics design; and our digital transformation through information systems.
I work with senior management and the various functions to promote sustainability policies and tools that help create additional economic, environmental and social value for our stakeholders.
