I am responsible for what UNI does, in relation to how it does it, and therefore for all business processes with a view to integration and systematisation, to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Working closely with the Head of Staff, I coordinate the line organisational units which – adopting a process-based approach – begin with the designing of standards and best practices, training courses and other UNI services, based on ongoing stakeholder engagement activity, go through elaboration and dissemination, and aim at promoting awareness and application of standards.
