PAYMENTS
The UNI payment methods are:
- Credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS
- MyBank via the Banca Sella website for participating banks
- Intesa San Paolo IBAN transfer IT63C0306909471100000018711
Some payment methods are only applicable to specific types of products.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders of paper standards and UNI publishing products are dispatched within 3 working days.
Shipments are by express courier, the costs charged on the invoice are as follows:
For Italy:
- Euro 8.00 (+ VAT 22%)
For foreign countries: see List of transport costs for shipments.
TECHNICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Telematic connection for the use of the product must be made from an electronic device owned and/or available to the Customer, via connection to the Internet.
The Customer is responsible for the correct configuration of his/her device, which must be equipped with the following in order to view the contents of the technical standards:
- a browser (with cookies and Java script enabled)
- the File Open plug-in
- ‘Acrobat Reader®’ for opening PDF files
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (only for cases provided for in Article 54 of the Consumer Code)
For the exercise of the right of withdrawal concerning the Physical Product, please use the appropriate form and send it by e-mail to webstore@uni.com

Any suggestions and/or complaints must be submitted in writing to: suggerimenti.reclami@uni.com
In the event of a complaint, UNI will examine the content and provide a written response regarding the timing and methods of handling the complaint, based on the type of report.
